Here at Gym Junkies Australia we wanted to create some meals that were quick simple and easy
A pre work out meal or a post work out meal or if you are having 6 meals a day for bulking up these meals have you covered
if your eating 3 hours between meals this could be your morning tea and afternoon tea covered
2 half -3 minutes in the microwave done ready to go
chicken cashew ( cashew sauce)
chicken meat balls (honey soy sauce)
great balls of beef (sweet n sour sauce)
chicken pieces (sweet soy & garlic sauce)
all meals come with rice and veggies
all meals are made in Melbourne with all local produce
