Hello everyone

my name is shane hickey the founder of Gym Junkies Australia

For many years now i have been in and out of the gyms the gym family i think is the strongest family there is to have from bodybuilding, weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman to crossfit

I last competed in 1987 and 1988 in bodybuilding my best placing was a 2nd

through my journey i have been surrounded by some of the legends of the sport i have had my own share of success and injuries where i just gave up and had a 10 year break

coming back to it i have found a new lease on life and after 4 years back i’m loving the sport of lifting again

i had always had trouble finding good supplements mainly protein so with a lot of leg work i came across a product that is fantastic
